OUR REPAIR WARRANTY We certify the repairs to be free of defects in workmanship, and they are warranted for as long as the current vehicle owner/lessee herein referenced owns or leases the repaired vehicle. The CENTURY COLLISION CENTER, Inc. Lifetime Limited Warranty applies to all repairs performed by this facility. If a defect in workmanship is noted or observed, we will remedy such defect(s) in workmanship by re-repairing, re-painting, or re-finishing the specific defective components, parts, sections, or repair operations at no charge to you. METALWORK WARRANTY CENTURY COLLISION CENTER, Inc. provides a Lifetime Written Warranty against defective workmanship to include welding and the application of materials utilized in making collision repairs against cracking, flaking, pitting or deterioration. CENTURY COLLISION CENTER, Inc. will, at its sole option, repair and re-paint any metalwork warranted hereby. PAINTING, STRIPES, DECALS CENTURY COLLISION CENTER, Inc. provides a Three (3) Year Written Warranty on painting-related priming and painting work against solvent blistering, peeling, hazing and excessive loss of pigmentation; and, a One (1) Year Written Warranty on the application and adhesion of decorative stripes and decals, excluding defects which are caused by extreme environmental conditions to which the vehicle may be exposed. CENTURY COLLISION CENTER, Inc. will, at its sole option, re-prime, re-stripe and re-decal the specific section or sections of the vehicle warranted hereby. Limited warranty on all plastic bumpers. PARTS WARRANTY CENTURY COLLISION CENTER, Inc. guarantees that parts or materials used are of top quality. The parts and materials we use to repair your vehicle will be covered to the extent of any warranty or guarantee provided by the respective parts suppliers and/or manufacturers. Exclusions and Disclaimers: This Lifetime Limited Warranty applies only to the work we have performed at this facility and to the terms specified herein. The following are specifically excluded from coverage under the CENTURY COLLISION CENTER, Inc. Lifetime Limited Warranty: * Pre-existing vehicle conditions and pre-accident damage; * Conditions arising out of abuse or misuse of the vehicle; * Results of negligence in the operation, maintenance, or care of the vehicle; * Conditions resulting from subsequent accidents, damage, or repairs; * Metal corrosion not related to defective workmanship; * Scratches, dings, and stone chips that may occur from regular driving; * Deterioration (normal wear and tear) associated with vehicle age and mileage. Also excluded from this Lifetime Limited Warranty is any relief or remedy from incidental and consequential costs such as towing, rental car fees, travel or trip interruption costs, and consequential vehicle or component damage. This warranty is non-transferable, is a complete and exclusive statement between customer and repairer, and contains all the representation of the parties. This warranty shall not be varied, supplemented, qualified, or interpreted by any prior course of dealing between the parties or by any usage of trade. INFORMATION CLAIMS PROCESS In order to make a claim under this Lifetime Limited Warranty, the vehicle owner/lessee referenced herein should, where reasonable, return the vehicle and/or contact the CENTURY COLLISION CENTER, Inc. where the repair was made. When reasonable conditions don't exist; you may be referred to a more convenient CENTURY COLLISION CENTER, Inc. location. In either case, notify CENTURY COLLISION CENTER, Inc. of the claimed defect, and allow them the opportunity to correct the condition. CENTURY COLLISION CENTER, Inc. will not reimburse you for remedial repairs performed by you or another provider without our prior approval. Presentation of this certificate at the time of the claim will expedite the process.
